Our Products

We produce a wide variety of products each season. Naturally, the availability of these products is dependent on the season.  You can also visit our store  to see a listing of produce that is currently coming out of the fields. You can also place orders for our local home delivery service at the store.

Products we have available throughout the season include:

• Whole wheat/rye/sunflowerseed bread
• White bread (sometimes with various herbs added)
• Cinnamon rolls
• Organic Coffee
• Various teas (hot & iced sun tea)
• Melon smoothies
• Juices
• Herb infused vinegars
• Gourd art (by Debra)
• Garden Salads (the contents of the salad depends on the stuff available from the field)

Beginning early in the season we  have a variety of cool weather vegetables, many are grown in our high tunnels.(unheated greenhouses)

• Leaf lettuce (including red leaf, green leaf, red romains, buttercrunch, etc.)
• Spinach
• Swiss chard
• Mache
• Tatsoi
• Cabbage
• Broccoli
• Turnips

As the weather begins to warm:

• Cherry tomatoes (grown in high tunnels)
• Snap peas
• Red Mustard
• Summer onions
• Carrots
• Summer squash (grown in high tunnels)

• Honey (did I mention that we also work with bees)

We also market fresh frozen natural beef raised by our neighbor here in Caineville.
